I also have a Bank of America account. Both of which I opened online and deal with only online as neither are close to me. I even added a second funding account to Emigrant and it was processed in a short amount of time. I transfer funds between accounts all the time and again, have had no problems. Iwas so fed up with the process that I decided to close the account. <BR/>I could not close the account if I went to a local branch, the branch manager told me since I opened it online, I had to close it by contacting the online department. The online department told me that I can close it at the local branch, it was back and forth. Finally, I was able to find someone with a little common sense and had the account closed.
